YY (Q) W series boilers, also known as boilers for organic heat
carriers, are used as heating fuels for oil and gas, fuel oil, hot
fuel oil for the hot medium liquid cycle circulating through the
pump, directing heat energy to the use of thermal equipment,
returning to the kiln heat Heat obtained during heating and then
during heating can meet the requirements of the boiler.Low
temperature acquisition is characterized by low temperature
acquisition. Heating temperatures may be reached in the 320 -liquid
phase or in the 400 -vapour phase.
The heating surface is compact in structure. The heating surface
consists of inner, central, outer (or inner, outer) circular
threads placed in adjacent rows. Internal spirals absorb most of
the radiation heating surface and high temperature flue -gas enters
the conventional heating surface.e.g. transmission heating.
Product Features
1. Easy installation:
Boilers are usually divided into upper and lower parts, which is
convenient for transport and installation on site, significantly
shortens the installation cycle, saves installation costs and
allows for the timely commissioning of the boiler.

The heating surface of the boiler is reasonably arranged and the
warm -up circulation is smooth, ensuring the timely cooling of the
heaters and the safe operation of the boiler.
3. Easy maintenance:
Kessel is equipped with several test holes, maintenance personnel
are comfortable and clear, providing good conditions for proper
operation.
4. Full combustion:
Kettle stove is high, fuel can be completely burned, under the
cooperation of secondary air, can effectively remove black smoke.
5. High efficiency rust:
The boiler grid accepts a double -sided ventilation, which brings
ash to the front of the rust and discharges it. It avoids air
leakage, oil leakage and uneven ventilation. It is easy to use and
has many advantages compared to conventional rust.
6. Easy to remove ash:
The installation of soot blowers in the convective heat transfer
zone of the boiler can remove soot quickly and effectively, avoid
the impact of soot accumulation on the boiler or reduce thermal
efficiency and ensure the stability of the boiler load.
