DZH Series Manual Coal Fired Steam Boiler
DZH series of manual steam boilers for coal combustion use mobile
grates, auxiliary machines such as fans, induced fans, economists,
dust collectors, automatic water treatment, pumps, steam heads,
control cabinets, valves and meters. It is suitable for all types
of coal fuels, environmental protection, moderate price is the
preferred steam for small and medium -sized enterprises processing
lines.
Product Features
1. Easy to install:
Boilers are usually installed quickly from the factory, which is
convenient for transport and installation in the field,
significantly shortens the installation cycle, saves installation
costs and allows the boiler to be produced in time.
2. Reliable operation:
The heat surface of the boiler is reasonably aligned, the water
circulation is smooth, the heat surface cools in time and the safe
operation of the boiler is effectively ensured.
3. Maintenance is comfortable:
Boiler drums are equipped with inspection which is convenient for
inspection; it is easy to open the smoke box in front of the boiler
and the staff can control it in a comfortable and clear way,
providing a good condition for proper treatment.

Secondary air and a sensible furnace design can make fuel fully
burned and eliminate black smoke.
5. High efficiency:
The boiler grill matches biomass fuel to avoid air leakage, oil
cover and uneven ventilation. Compared to ordinary grill, it is
easy to operate and has obvious advantages.
6. Pure and practical:
The installation of several ash openings on the boiler can
effectively and timely clean the ash, avoid the operational
obstacles and thermal efficiency loss caused by the accumulation of
ash in the boiler and ensure stability in the boiler.

of the low calorific value of biomass particles 17084KJ/Kg
(4085Kcal/Kg). If the low calorific value of biomass fuel is larger
than that, the corresponding fuel consumption will be more
economical than that in the table.
